Eligible Refund Conditions

Refund services are available for orders that meet the following standard conditions:

Ineligible Refund Situations

To standardize platform operation and avoid invalid applications, we do not support refund requests under the following circumstances:
  • Return and refund applications submitted beyond the 60-day valid return period;
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged artificially, or have incomplete packaging and accessories;

Refund Processing Time & Rules

All refunds will be returned via the original payment channel used by customers during order settlement. The settlement currency of all refunds is uniformly USD, consistent with the order payment currency. Since all products on our platform provide free global shipping services, no shipping fee or additional handling fee will be deducted during the refund process. The final refund amount is subject to the actual payment amount of the original order.
The arrival time of refunds may be slightly delayed due to the processing rules of different payment institutions and bank channels. Any normal delay caused by third-party payment channels does not belong to platform service exceptions.

Partial Refund Rules

For orders containing multiple products, if customers only need to return part of the goods and meet the return qualification, we support partial refund services. The refund amount will be calculated according to the unit price of the returned qualified products, and the refund processing time still follows the unified 5-10 business days standard. Unreturned products in the original order will not be affected and remain valid normal orders.

Order Cancellation & Pre-Delivery Refund

Customers can apply for order cancellation and full refund before the order is shipped. Our orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once the order enters the packaging and shipping process, order cancellation applications will no longer be accepted. For unshipped valid cancellation applications, we will complete the refund within the official processing cycle.
